deliver the park our

neighborhood deserves!

Why we need your support

Granville Homes is dedicated to building healthier, walkable communities in the Central Valley, with parks and trails playing a foundational role in the development of our neighborhoods.

One of the key features of our new Parc West community in Northwest Fresno is the development of an exceptional park at the heart of the community.

As proposed, this park will include green space, play structures, a dog park with agility equipment, and recreational features such as pickleball and basketball courts.

This park will serve not only our new homeowners, but the surrounding neighborhoods. Because this is such a long-awaited project, we want to make sure that our neighbors have the park they deserve. To do this, we need your support.

I Really Like the Granville Proposed Design

City Approved Amenities

  • Fenced dog area

I’m okay with the City Approved Design.

Every new homeowner at Parc West will pay approximately $4,200 in park fees, which translates to approximately $4.1 million in park fees that is collected from homeowners. However, only approximately $1.316 million will be reimbursed to Parc West for park development.

  • The design that has been preliminarily approved by the city would cost approximately $1.316 million.
  • The design that Granville has proposed, which includes additional amenities suggested by the project’s neighbors and future homeowners, would cost approximately $2.694 million. That is significantly less than the park funds collected by homeowners, yet more than currently allotted by the city.
